YORKTOWN FD MAKES IT HAPPEN   By Past Chief Eric Dibartolo January 27, 2010   I would just like to say how very proud I am to be a past Chief of Y.H.F.D. Today, 1/27/10, Yorktown F.D. went mutual aid to Somers. Upon arrival there was heavy fire and smoke coming from inside the house, Captian Doug Gollogly assisted Somers and took a crew through the front door and down into the basement where the body of fire was. Their training, dedication and skills enabled them to knock down the fire which in turn saved the residence. I would just like to extend congratulations on a job well done to Capt. Gollogly and his team.
